# How to Find, Review, and Download Pay Stubs

## Filter, sort, preview, download, save, and print pay-stub records in RecordVault.

The Pay Stubs page allows you to review summary information, filter pay stubs by check date, sort the results, control how many records appear on each page, move between pages, and preview or download a pay stub.

**Open the Pay Stubs Page**

Select **Pay Stubs** from the RecordVault navigation pane. The Pay Stubs landing page displays summary information and the available pay-stub records in a table.

**Review Pay Stub Summary Information**

Review the summary information displayed at the top of the page:

- **Total Pay Stubs:** Displays the total number of pay-stub records.
- **People Paid:** Displays the number of people represented in the pay-stub records.
- **Last Check Date:** Displays the latest check date shown in the available records.

**Filter Pay Stubs by Date**

1. Select the **Filter** icon.
2. Use the calendar controls to select a beginning date and an ending date.
3. Review the pay-stub records within the selected date range.

**Sort the Pay Stub Table**

Select a column header with a **sort indicator** to change the sort order. The sort indicator next to a header, such as **Person**, shows that the column can be sorted in ascending or descending order.

**Preview or Download a Pay Stub**

1. Locate the pay stub you want to review.
2. Select the applicable **Check Number**, or select the available **Preview** or **Download** control.
3. Review the retrieved pay stub.
4. After downloading the pay stub, save or print the file to the desired location.

**Change the Number of Records Displayed**

Use the records-per-page control to display 10, 25, 50, or 100 pay-stub records on each page.

**Navigate Between Pages**

Use the controls at the bottom of the table to move through the pay-stub results:

- **First:** Go to the first page.
- **Previous:** Go to the previous page.
- **Next:** Go to the next page.
- **Last:** Go to the last page.

**Helpful Tips**

- Use the date-range filter to narrow the table before locating a specific check.
- Select a sortable column header again to reverse the current sort direction.
- Use the records-per-page control or page navigation controls to review additional results.

If you cannot locate, preview, or download a pay stub, provide Support with the signed-in username, selected tenant, affected check number, date range used, action attempted, any displayed error message, and a screenshot with sensitive information removed.
